Web Site Maintenance Plan

The maintenance of the web site is understood to mean the updating service and periodic graphic design changes.

The service includes the following items:

• Development of the graphic pieces that the company requires, such as banners, pop-ups, animations and other components.
• Updating of pages and/or development of new HTML pages, whether systems pages, contents, or other publications that support marketing promotions or actions.
• Verification of sound functioning of the site over time.

Software Maintenance Plan

Corrections

The software has flaws, which must be fixed. We interpret flaws to be problems and /or imperfections of software features rather than missing features.

Expansions

The software needs new features and must be expanded; thus the need for new HTML pages can be foreseen, or a new module that includes programming (for example a poll model).

Updates

The software needs to be modified, either its contents or parts of its graphics that must be changed. It does not include changes made by the client through ad-hoc tools provided by the software (for example, the contents manager).
