This year our company’s management has decided to participate in the “Best Small and Medium Businesses to Work at in Chile 2009” study, which is carried out every year by the Great Place to Work Institute. The objective of this study is to get to know the internal environment and culture of Ki Teknology, so that we can boost those aspects that help to build a better place in which to work. In addition, we will be able to have a reference of our position in comparison to the best organizations in the country.
