In the first half of this year, various training sessions in KI Teknology have been carried out. These were led by Rodrigo Farías Veloso, Head of the Persons Area of the company. At the beginning of the year, the director abilities workshop will be given, and its aim will be to encourage the development of director and communicational abilities, directed to talented organizational leaders and employees of KI Teknology. This workshop lasted 20 hours. At the same time, Coaching for Assertiveness Training was also given, in order to work on communication and interpersonal skills. This is being carried out twice a month and its duration depends on the scope of its proposed objectives. These activities seek to enrich the people working in the company through training that we consider useful to get the most out of our relationships with each other and with our clients.
