We have created the area of Internal Communications in KI Teknology and put Paola Donato in charge, reporting to the Manager of Business and Personal Development. This initiative of communicating open doors, developing work relationships in an environment where people listen to each other, exchange information and knowledge, comes from the fact that we understand that proper communication goes hand in hand with personal and organizational progress, making our workplace a physically, mentally and emotional healthy place to be. In the next few months, we will be implementing a series of actions that will go in tandem with company growth that the company has been supporting to increase the employees' feeling of belonging and the constant improvement in our working environment.
During early October, we launched a new Smartphone application for BYD, which was created for the 3 main Smartphone platforms...
