As many of you undoubtedly know, Kontento, our OnLine Agency in Chile, has generated quite a commotion in the last few days on the Internet, in an almost unprecedented case of viral marketing through a press release. And this viral effect, paradoxically, is paired with the name of the agency, since it has made many people laugh, enjoy themselves, and in the end, feel content!
On June 3, a note from Zapping Digital (www.zappingdigital.cl), announcing the birth of Kontento, with a photograph of Germán Barros, Director of the Agency, which elicited hundreds of comments. In less than one day, it received more than 7500 visitors without counting Twitter or Facebook. So far, the note has attracted about 500 creative and funny comments, and was read by more than 14,000 visitors. Within 5 days, it made it into Las Últimas Noticias, a local gossip newspaper, and has continued its climb to fame. From Ki Teknology, we celebrate this distinguished entry of Kontento to the world that we know, that of OnLine publishing, and we do it in the same spirit as this story; we celebrate so much creativity with a big smile.
