Curriculum

Sebastián is a Computer Engineer (Civil) and has a degree in IT Business Innovation. Since 2002, he has worked in several relevant positions of the company. He has served as Project Auditor, Software Engineering Processes Consultant, excelling on the Tutelkan Project (www.tutelkan.org) in which ITDA-KP was implemented in 4 pilot companies. He leads the consulting and organizational processes area, covering PPQA, Internal and External Software Engineering Process, Organizational Training (OT), Organizational Process Focus (OPF) and Organizational Process Definition (OPD). He has served as Software Project Manager since 2004, leading projects of different sizes, complexities and platforms, excelling in development of Banco Itaú, DERCO, INN, Main Group, ING Capital (Bansander), CONAMA, Indumotora and others. Currently he assumes Process and Consultancy Management, being responsible for the results of the Quality and "Process and Consulting" company area.
