Since 2010 she holds the position of Operations Manager, after holding the Business and People Development Management . During her working career in Chile she assumes the General Manager of KEPLER Technology and excelled in different Unions and Working Associations reaching GECHS Vice presidency.
Delia served as Director of Operations of KEPLER Technology until the end of 2005. From January 2006 she held the position of Executive Director of KEPLER Technology until the merger with InterMedia in January 2008. From 2008 to early 2011 she holds the position of Business and People Development Manager. Currently she works as Operations Manager. Previously Board member of SPIN Chile 2002-2004 and 2004-2007 Directory GECHS where she leads positions including Vice President of the entity.
Delia is a Computer Scientist from the Faculty of Exact Sciences of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She has been a professor in the Faculty of Exact Sciences and of Architecture and Urban Studies of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She was an employee of the interdisciplinary group of FATE Electronics in charge of the automation of the electrolytic cubes for the processing of aluminum in the ALUAR Plant in Puerto Madryn. She has extensive experience in the systems area of Aerolíneas Argentinas, the most important being participation in the changes to and installation of the ticketing system of Swissair on ALCS/VSE and on the design and implementation of the Tourist Reservation System. Delia was Optar Systems Manager, Tourist Operator for Aerolíneas Argentinas where she participated, along with top corporate staff in the definition of a new organizational structure, redefining information management sectors and circuits in the operations of Optar and achieving management the automation of the company. She was a National Consultant in the Project 90/012 of the United Nations Program for Development, Coordinator of the Quality and Control of the Project (hardware and software). Delia was also a member of the Board of Directors of SPIN Chile 2002-2004 and Coordinator of the GECHS Quality Table from 2004 to the present.
