Carlos majored in Computer Science in the Faculty of Exact and Natural Science, Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Carlos held the position of Executive Director of KEPLER Technology until the end of 2005. In January 2006, he assumed the position of President and Director of Business Development of KEPLER Technology, in charge of the company's Off Shore Project and directing the process of merging with InterMedia. In 2007 Carlos joined the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce and took charge of its Offshoring Subcommittee. Since January 2008 he has held the position of General Manager of KI Teknology.
Carlos majored in Computer Science in the Faculty of Exact and Natural Science, Universidad de Buenos Aires. He has carried out post-graduate studies in the management track of the Systems Engineering program, the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (1979/1981) and Organization and Corporate Direction, Graduate School in Engineering of Corporate Direction, Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He has been a professor in four universities in Argentina, has held positions at an executive level in the information systems and management areas from Systems Analyst to General Manager in diverse companies of the Organización Bunge y Born, in Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil and Paraguay. President of SOBOLCOM (Bolivian Computer Company) S.A. In 1993 he founded Lewit, Schwartz & Asoc. in the Dominican Republic, one of the founding companies of KEPLER Technology S.A.
